Service Contract Customer Support Specialist

This role is responsible for managing service contract administration from activation through maintenance, correction, extension, and termination. You will play an important part in ensuring contracts are accurately processed, invoices are resolved efficiently, and revenue-related activities are completed on time. Working closely with Service Inside Sales, finance, and commercial stakeholders, you will provide responsive support and help maintain smooth contract operations. The position combines customer support, contract administration, billing coordination, and ERP-based processes. You will also investigate discrepancies and ensure corrections are handled in line with established policies.
