You will work across the ServiceNow platform, combining software engineering expertise with artificial intelligence, automation, and advanced platform capabilities. The role involves designing, developing, integrating, testing, and supporting solutions across areas such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD. You will collaborate with end users, IT teams, technical experts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions. Your work will also involve integrations, service mapping, event management, production support, and continuous platform improvement.
