ServiceNow Lead Engineer (Power BI +AI)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceNow Lead Engineer (Power BI + AI) based in India.

This is a remote technical leadership role focused on designing, developing, and enhancing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
You will work across custom applications, service mapping, discovery, CMDB, integrations, and workflow capabilities to support complex customer environments.
The role combines hands-on engineering with close collaboration with technical stakeholders and subject-matter experts.
You will help build scalable solutions, strengthen configuration and data quality, and improve visibility across enterprise services and infrastructure.
The position requires strong expertise in ServiceNow development, APIs, discovery patterns, MID servers, and service mapping.
