As a ServiceNow Solution Architect - AI, you will own the architecture of sophisticated ServiceNow applications that combine workflow automation, enterprise integrations, and agentic AI capabilities. You will shape scalable and secure solutions that enable AI-powered workflows while maintaining strong governance and human oversight.
