SOX Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a SOX Manager based in India.

As a SOX Manager, you will play a central role in building and scaling a robust financial controls environment within a fast-growing technology organization. You’ll lead key SOX execution workstreams across business processes and IT controls, covering risk assessment, control design, testing, remediation, and audit coordination. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with cross-functional leadership across Finance, Accounting, IT, Security, Business Systems, and Engineering. You’ll help establish scalable, audit-ready processes while ensuring controls support business growth without creating unnecessary complexity. This is an opportunity to shape an evolving SOX program and contribute to broader IPO-readiness initiatives. You’ll also have the opportunity to use AI and automation to modernize control monitoring, evidence collection, testing, and reporting while maintaining strong governance and auditability
