Sr. Director, People Enablement

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr. Director, People Enablement based in the United States.

The Sr. Director, People Enablement will lead global Learning and Development and the North America People Business Partner functions, shaping the capabilities and people practices needed to support an evolving, AI-enabled operating model.
This role will define and execute enterprise talent and learning strategies spanning core skills, functional capabilities, people management, leadership development, and performance management.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Team, providing strategic guidance on organizational capability, leadership effectiveness, people risk, and workforce transformation.
The role will champion an AI-first approach to talent enablement, identifying innovative learning technologies and scalable approaches that strengthen employee and leadership capabilities.
You will also lead performance, succession, organizational effectiveness, and change initiatives designed to build a high-performance culture and strengthen the leadership pipeline.
Working across a global, fully remote environment, you will use people analytics and business insights to identify organizational opportunities, anticipate risks, and drive measurable improvements.
