Sr Product Manager of Integrations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Product Manager of Integrations based in United States.

This is a high-impact product leadership role focused on making AI-powered workforce and screening solutions accessible within the systems customers already use.
You will own a broad integration portfolio spanning ATS, HRIS, HCM, VMS, partner ecosystems, and a public API.
The role combines product strategy, technical discovery, customer engagement, partnership management, and hands-on execution.
You will shape how new AI agents and screening products connect to third-party platforms and become part of customers’ everyday workflows.
Working closely with engineering, implementation, support, sales, and external partners, you will turn complex integration needs into scalable products.
You will also influence enterprise deals by serving as a product expert throughout discovery, scoping, implementation, and adoption.
