Sr. Tech Lead (Laravel/React)

This is a hands-on technical leadership role combining engineering leadership with active full-stack development across modern web applications. You will guide technical direction while contributing directly to scalable, secure, and high-quality solutions built with Laravel, PHP, and React.js. The role offers significant ownership across architecture, cloud infrastructure, development practices, and engineering standards. You will work closely with developers to strengthen code quality, delivery practices, and technical decision-making. A strong focus on AWS and cloud-native architecture makes this an opportunity to shape reliable and scalable systems.
