Staff Analyst, Investor Analytics

This role sits at the intersection of credit analytics, capital markets, and financial modeling, with a direct impact on how institutional investors understand portfolio performance. You will own the credit and performance narrative for a home equity lending portfolio, turning complex data into clear insights on risk, returns, and future performance. Working closely with Capital Markets, Lending Partnerships, Machine Learning, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams, you will help shape reporting and deal strategy. You will also build the data infrastructure, automated monitoring, and financial models that support recurring investor analysis. The team embraces AI-assisted development tools to accelerate analytics and reduce manual data work. This is an opportunity for an experienced credit analyst to combine technical expertise, financial judgment, and executive-level storytelling in a highly collaborative environment.
