Staff Product Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Designer based in United States.

This is a senior design leadership role focused on creating alignment, consistency, and scale across products, teams, and strategic initiatives.
You will operate at the intersection of product design, strategy, systems thinking, organizational leadership, and business impact.
Rather than relying on formal people management, you will influence teams and senior leaders through strong design expertise, strategic thinking, and collaboration.
You will lead complex initiatives spanning multiple products, customer journeys, and business domains while identifying opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
The role will also shape design systems, standards, reusable frameworks, and scalable experience patterns that improve quality and efficiency.
You will act as a trusted advisor to product and business leadership while mentoring senior designers and helping elevate design maturity across the organization.
Your work will have broad organizational impact, influencing product portfolio decisions, cross-product experiences, and the evolution of design practices.
