Systems and Data Support Specialist

This role supports the systems, financial operations, and data infrastructure that keep a growing bookkeeping organization running efficiently.
You’ll help maintain accurate and secure client data while supporting integrations, reporting, system administration, and operational workflows.
The position combines financial operations knowledge with business systems support, troubleshooting, data coordination, and emerging AI and automation initiatives.
You’ll work across multiple departments and collaborate directly with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical and operational issues.
The role offers broad exposure to cloud-based business applications, financial systems, CRM platforms, reporting tools, and workflow technologies.
You’ll also contribute to process documentation, data quality, system improvements, and projects that make everyday operations more efficient and scalable.
