Talent Acquisition Lead

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead based in India.

This is a hands-on, globally focused IT recruitment role for an experienced talent acquisition professional who can independently manage complex hiring mandates.
You will partner directly with international customers to understand workforce needs and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
The role covers the full hiring lifecycle, from requirement intake and sourcing through interviews, negotiation, offer acceptance, and onboarding engagement.
You will recruit across diverse technology domains, including cloud, cybersecurity, software development, data and AI, ERP, and IT operations.
Strong business-level English and Japanese communication skills are essential for engaging candidates and customers across international markets.
Success will be measured through delivery speed, fulfillment, SLA adherence, offer acceptance, and customer satisfaction.
As an individual contributor, you will have significant ownership and autonomy while managing multiple global mandates simultaneously.
