Team Lead - Sales Development

This is a remote leadership opportunity for an experienced sales development professional ready to lead and develop a high-performing B2B technology sales team. You’ll own day-to-day sales development execution while helping shape top-of-funnel strategy and pipeline generation. The role combines hands-on coaching, performance management, process optimization, and strategic prospecting. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other go-to-market teams to improve lead generation and handoffs. Data and performance metrics will guide your decisions as you identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
