Technical Recruiter

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Recruiter based in Brazil.

As a Technical Recruiter, you will own hiring across Engineering, Product, and Data organizations within a fast-growing global technology environment.
You will partner directly with technical leaders to build strong pipelines for backend, infrastructure, mobile, data, and product positions.
The role combines deep sourcing, technical screening, market intelligence, candidate engagement, and offer closing across highly competitive talent markets.
You will translate complex technical requirements into effective search strategies while providing hiring leaders with meaningful insight into talent availability and market conditions.
You will also help shape interview processes, employer branding, sourcing practices, and data-driven recruiting strategies as the organization continues to scale.
Success in this position requires strong technical fluency, creativity in sourcing, consultative partnership, and the ability to operate independently across multiple priorities.
