Technician, Product administration

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technician, Product administration based in Canada.

This is a 10-month temporary opportunity supporting the administration of specialized financial products and member or client accounts.
The role combines technical expertise, administrative support, process analysis, and problem-solving within a specialized operations environment.
You will provide guidance on complex operational issues and contribute to projects involving new products, tools, processes, and business solutions.
Your analytical work will help identify opportunities to improve methods, procedures, information management, and data processing.
The position also involves creating technical resources that strengthen the knowledge and capabilities of users and their teams.
You will work closely with practitioners and stakeholders to promote consistent standards, efficient processes, and effective use of operational systems.
