Tools Administrator Lead

This role provides technical and operational leadership for a large-scale suite of DevOps, Agile, and collaboration platforms supporting an enterprise federal technology environment. You will lead a team of four tools administrators while remaining hands-on across critical development and collaboration tools. The position combines people leadership, enterprise tool administration, security, identity management, platform health, and continuous improvement. You will serve as a senior technical authority for platforms used across more than 20 development teams, approximately 1,000 users per tool, and over 10,000 code repositories. Working in a cloud-based environment, you will help ensure reliable tool availability, secure access, and efficient delivery workflows.
