Training and Instructional Designer

This remote role sits within a knowledge management and optimization function focused on creating high-quality learning experiences across a diverse organization. You will design and deliver engaging training for complex policies, business processes, and technical topics. The position combines instructional design expertise with hands-on facilitation across e-learning, virtual instructor-led, hybrid, and instructor-led formats. You will partner closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to transform complex information into practical, learner-centered content. Your work will directly support employee capability, knowledge retention, and business performance.
