Vice President, Global Solution Engineering

This executive role leads a large, globally distributed Solution Engineering organization and shapes the technical strategy behind sustainable commercial growth.
You will connect deep technical expertise with account priorities, user value, competitive differentiation, and measurable revenue outcomes.
A major focus will be transforming Solution Engineering into a proactive, account-centric growth function rather than a traditional presales organization.
You will also build a forward-deployed engineering capability combining infrastructure expertise with software development, AI, APIs, automation, agents, and data integration.
The role requires close partnership across Sales, Product, Technology, Professional Services, Marketing, and account leadership.
You will influence strategic customers and industry leaders while developing the next generation of technical and commercial leadership talent.
