Vice President, Growth Marketing

The Vice President, Growth Marketing will lead a global, multidisciplinary growth marketing organization with a strong focus on measurable commercial outcomes.
This is a highly strategic and commercially focused leadership role responsible for identifying and mobilizing the organization around the highest-value growth opportunities.
You will shape global growth marketing strategy across account-based marketing, insights, analytics, performance, and marketing technology.
The role partners closely with Sales, Product, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and executive leadership to accelerate pipeline, opportunities, expansion, and revenue.
A major focus will be building an AI-forward marketing organization, incorporating AI agents and intelligent workflows into go-to-market operations with appropriate governance and human oversight.
You will lead through experienced functional leaders, establish clear priorities and accountability, and create alignment across specialized teams and global markets.
