Vice President of Growth Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vice President of Growth Marketing based in the United States.

This is a high-visibility executive role responsible for leading the growth and demand-generation engine across approximately 100 local markets.
You will oversee a $15M+ media budget, allocating investments across channels, agencies, contractors, and individual branch markets.
The focus is on generating qualified leads efficiently while optimizing CAC, CPL, ROAS, and long-term customer value.
You will shape the broader growth strategy across paid and organic channels, local search, conversion optimization, offline media, and emerging technologies.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on, data-driven execution and close collaboration with marketing and operational leaders nationwide.
You will lead a team while building a culture of accountability, experimentation, measurement, and continuous improvement.
