This role sits at the center of healthcare-focused financial due diligence engagements supporting private equity and other transaction stakeholders.
You will lead the analytical execution of live buy-side and sell-side transactions, applying deep knowledge of healthcare financial dynamics to complex deal situations.
Working between Senior Associates and Directors, you will elevate the quality of analysis while keeping workstreams organized, accurate, and on schedule.
The position offers meaningful exposure to healthcare services businesses and the financial factors that influence transaction decisions.
You will contribute directly to quality of earnings, working capital, debt-like item, revenue, and operational analyses through a healthcare-specific lens.
