VP, Talent & Culture

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP, Talent & Culture based in United States.

This enterprise-level leadership role will shape the systems, standards, and capabilities that determine how an organization attracts, develops, evaluates, and retains talent.
You will own talent density, workforce readiness, leadership effectiveness, capability building, early careers, and critical talent mechanisms across the organization.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on transformation, requiring you to build scalable systems rather than simply oversee existing programs.
You will use data, AI, and organizational insights to identify workforce risks early and turn them into actionable priorities for senior leadership.
A major focus will be preparing the organization for an AI-native future by redefining roles, skills, management practices, and talent assessment.
You will partner closely with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, People Analytics, and executive stakeholders in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Success means creating measurable improvements in talent quality, manager effectiveness, organizational health, and workforce capability.
