This is a fully remote opportunity for a Virtual Member Support Specialist focused on delivering personalized service to clients and helping them understand their available benefits. You’ll connect with members virtually, answer questions, support enrollment, and assist with applications and required documentation. The role is well suited to service-oriented professionals who enjoy building relationships and solving problems. No prior insurance experience is required, with structured training, mentorship, and ongoing coaching provided.
