This role supports the development and application of technical solutions for HVAC products, working closely with commercial and technical teams throughout the customer journey. You will analyze technical requirements, evaluate solution feasibility, and help transform customer needs into accurate and compliant product specifications. The position combines technical analysis, engineering knowledge, pre-sales support, documentation, and project follow-up. You will collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Sales teams to deliver integrated solutions aligned with customer and business requirements. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to continuous improvement, technical studies, and the evolution of application processes and tools.
