This is a senior Product Marketing role focused on turning customer, market, and product insights into actionable business opportunities. You will investigate customer needs, objections, adoption patterns, churn drivers, and opportunities for expansion and monetization. The role works closely with Product, Growth, Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams to inform strategic decisions. You will also contribute to pricing, packaging, competitive intelligence, and product positioning initiatives. Your analysis will help shape product narratives and identify opportunities to improve adoption, retention, and growth.
