Analyste Bilingue (Français/Anglais), Appels entrants et détection Liés à la Fraude

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Bilingual Analyst (French/English), Inbound Calls & Fraud Detection based in Canada.

This role supports the detection, investigation, and management of activities that may indicate financial crime or fraud risk.
You will analyze information from multiple sources, assess potential threats, and determine appropriate next steps in line with established procedures.
The position combines investigative work, data analysis, case management, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
You will contribute to protecting customers and the organization by identifying unusual activity and supporting effective risk-management decisions.
The role also involves maintaining accurate investigation records and gathering evidence that may support reporting, loss prevention, or legal proceedings.
You will stay informed about financial crime trends, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards while contributing to process improvements.
This is a fully remote opportunity within Quebec that requires strong bilingual communication skills and sound analytical judgment.
