This is a fully remote opportunity within a customer-focused environment dedicated to delivering a positive and supportive learner experience.
You will provide customer assistance across email, chat, WhatsApp, the learning platform, video, and phone channels.
The role combines empathy, clear communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail to ensure each request is handled effectively.
You will manage interactions from initial contact through resolution, escalating cases when specialized support is required.
Your work will also contribute to customer retention and the continuous improvement of service quality and performance indicators.
The position offers an 8-month temporary contract with the possibility of permanent employment.
