Associate Director Marketing Oncology

This role leads marketing strategy and commercial activities across a solid tumor oncology portfolio in a dynamic, launch-focused environment. You’ll help shape integrated brand strategies across multiple tumor types, including breast, ovarian, lung, and gastrointestinal cancers. The position combines deep customer insight, strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and innovative commercial execution to support appropriate patient access and sustainable growth. You’ll work closely with teams across marketing, sales, medical, market access, pricing and reimbursement, and global organizations. The role also involves building trusted relationships with healthcare providers, thought leaders, and patient advocacy groups across Canada. You’ll have significant influence over launch planning, commercial investments, team development, and the long-term direction of assigned oncology assets.
