AV B2B Sales & Marketing Specialist (OUTSOURCED)

Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with Sales and Marketing teams, you will support the B2B business development by the fulfil of the following activities.
Sales
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance, marketing activities, and key business KPIs.
• Analyse sales data, campaign performance and business trends to identify opportunities and support decision-making.
• Provide analytical support to management through reports, presentations and business reviews.
Marketing
• Monitor market trends and need in order to identify business opportunities.
• Conduct competitive analysis and evaluate market offerings to support strategic recommendations.
• Contribute to the definition of commercial strategies, go-to-market initiatives and action plans aimed at improving market positioning and sales effectiveness.
• Support the implementation of marketing campaigns, customer engagement programs and events.

Skills and Qualifications

What we need for this role:

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
• Educational Background: Master/Bachelor degree in Economic/Management/Markrting.
• Professional Experience: Previous related experience in structured company.
• Computer Knowledge: Very good knowledge of Excel and Power Point.
• Language Knowledge: Very good written and spoken Italian and English.
• Others: Analytical skill and problem solving mindset with a proactive approach.
