Business Development Representative (BDR)

This role is a key first point of contact for prospective customers, engaging with local government agencies across North America. You’ll combine inbound lead engagement with high-volume, multi-channel outbound prospecting to create qualified opportunities for the sales team. The position blends research, relationship building, consultative communication, and data-driven experimentation to improve outreach performance. You’ll use AI-powered sales tools to identify buying signals, personalize messaging, and research prospects at scale. Working closely with Marketing and Sales, you’ll help refine target accounts, qualification processes, and go-to-market messaging. The role offers strong visibility and structured development opportunities toward full-cycle sales, customer success, and other go-to-market career paths.
