You will turn complex eligibility, member, and claims data into reliable reporting, dashboards, and insights that support critical business decisions. The position combines hands-on technical work with people leadership, giving you ownership of both the analytics output and the standards behind it. You will work closely with data engineering and cross-functional teams to improve data quality, resolve discrepancies, and strengthen reporting infrastructure.
