This is a senior first-line risk leadership role focused on strengthening commercial credit practices and managing business risk across a financial services environment.
You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to business teams, providing guidance on regulatory requirements, credit decisions, and sound risk management practices.
The role spans the full lending lifecycle, including underwriting, portfolio management, problem loans, risk ratings, and collateral valuations.
You’ll use analytical insights and industry expertise to identify emerging risks and ensure activities remain aligned with established risk appetite.
Working across credit, underwriting, administration, and second-line stakeholders, you’ll help embed a strong and consistent credit culture.
You’ll also contribute to training, governance forums, regulatory monitoring, reporting, and predictive risk initiatives.
