Cash Posting Specialist

This role supports cash collection and reconciliation operations across a distributed home health and hospice environment.
You will be responsible for accurately reviewing, researching, and posting multiple types of payments while maintaining timely daily reconciliations.
The position combines detailed financial processing with collaboration across billing, collections, revenue cycle, and operational teams.
You will help ensure payments are collected according to payer contracts and applicable Medicare and Medicaid requirements.
The role also involves resolving discrepancies, managing automated payment files, and clearing unidentified cash accounts.
You will contribute to consistent revenue cycle practices by supporting training, reporting, and cross-functional projects.
