Creator Manager (Influencers/Streamers)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creator Manager (Influencers/Streamers) based in Brazil.

This role will lead creator and influencer strategy across multiple brands and markets, with a strong focus on audience growth and measurable business performance.
You will shape the long-term creator portfolio, determining the right mix of influencers, streamers, and creators for different brand and performance objectives.
The position combines strategic planning with hands-on ownership of the full creator lifecycle, from sourcing and negotiation through activation and optimization.
You will establish repeatable operating models, compensation frameworks, content guidelines, and performance mechanisms that enable creator programs to scale.
Data and experimentation will be central to the role, connecting awareness and engagement metrics with clicks, conversions, CPA, and ROAS.
You will collaborate closely with performance, CRM, creative, analytics, and product teams in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
