CRM Operations Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CRM Operations Manager based in the United States.

This hands-on role strengthens the technical and operational foundation behind lifecycle marketing programs.
You will serve as a CRM platform expert, helping teams use data, automation, segmentation, and personalization to create more relevant customer experiences.
The position combines Braze expertise with data operations, campaign execution, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and process improvement.
You will collaborate closely with Lifecycle Marketing, Data Engineering, Product, MarTech, and Ads teams to keep programs running efficiently.
A key focus will be building scalable frameworks, reusable campaign components, and reliable processes that enable teams to move faster.
You will also help unlock new personalization opportunities while ensuring campaign data, integrations, and workflows remain accurate and dependable.
