Digital Experience Manager

This role leads the strategy, reliability, design, and optimization of digital experiences across websites, mobile apps, and member-facing platforms. You’ll own the digital storefront experience from uptime and incident response through conversion optimization and experimentation. A major focus will be leading the migration from Webflow to a code-based technology stack while protecting performance, SEO, attribution, and brand quality. You’ll use analytics and user behavior insights to identify opportunities for measurable growth. The role sits at the intersection of technology, UX, marketing, operations, and revenue, requiring strong cross-functional leadership. You’ll work in a remote-first, fast-moving environment where ownership, clear communication, high standards, and continuous improvement are valued.
