This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Assistant Director, Quebec Student Loans (Bilingual) based in Canada.

This role plays a key part in managing and delivering critical operations related to Quebec student loans.
You will help ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions, service requests, and administrative activities in line with established service standards.
The position involves working closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve inquiries, complex cases, and escalations.
You will combine operational expertise, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills.
The role also provides opportunities to support strategic initiatives, process changes, system implementations, and operational enhancements.
Strong attention to risk management, regulatory requirements, documentation, and operational integrity will be essential.
The position is primarily remote within Quebec, with an expected presence at the Montreal office twice per month.
