Director, Business Development

This senior business development role will drive strategic opportunities across the biotechnology and life sciences landscape, from early opportunity assessment through transaction execution and partnership governance. You will evaluate licensing, collaboration, co-development, and other strategic transaction opportunities while balancing scientific, clinical, operational, and financial considerations. Working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, you will help shape decisions that support pipeline growth and long-term corporate strategy. The role combines rigorous financial and valuation analysis with high-level relationship management and executive communication. You will engage with biotechnology companies, pharmaceutical organizations, academic institutions, and prospective partners. Reporting to the CFO, you will have significant visibility and influence across strategic planning and business development activities.
