Director, Product Management (Crim Automation)

This is a senior product leadership role focused on advancing global criminal and public-record automation capabilities at scale. You will own product strategy and execution across web, API, and bulk-data integrations, with a direct impact on operational efficiency, accuracy, cost optimization, and customer experience. The role combines strategic product ownership with hands-on involvement in requirements, prioritization, delivery, and continuous improvement. You will lead Product Owners and Business Analysts while partnering closely with engineering, data, operations, implementation, analytics, and senior leadership. Success will require balancing immediate business priorities with a long-term product vision and scalable technology strategy.
