District Sales Manager

This role leads sales growth across an assigned territory within the security and connected-home market.
You will build trusted relationships with security dealers, distributors, contractors, and other channel partners.
The position combines territory ownership, consultative selling, new business development, and customer engagement.
You will identify opportunities, lead contractor conversions, and promote integrated security products and software solutions.
The role is highly visible and hands-on, with participation in sales meetings, trade shows, trainings, and industry events.
You will also use CRM data, competitive intelligence, and market insights to strengthen pipeline management and forecasting.
Success requires commercial drive, technical understanding, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate autonomously.
