Executive Director, Asset Team Lead

This senior leadership role will shape the strategic direction of clinical-stage assets across oncology and immunology/inflammation.
You’ll translate complex scientific, competitive, clinical, and computational insights into clear portfolio decisions and asset strategies.
Working across discovery, clinical development, platform, business development, finance, and technology teams, you’ll help determine where resources can create the greatest impact.
The role combines deep scientific expertise with commercial and strategic judgment to strengthen asset differentiation and portfolio value.
You’ll leverage advanced computational approaches, proprietary data, and AI-enabled insights to inform drug development and clinical decision-making.
As a senior strategic partner, you’ll communicate high-stakes recommendations to executive leaders and external stakeholders with clarity and conviction.
