Field Reimbursement Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Field Reimbursement Manager based in the United States.

This role plays a critical part in helping patients access innovative therapies by addressing complex reimbursement and coverage challenges.
You will serve as a trusted reimbursement and access expert across a territory covering Texas, Missouri, Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Minnesota.
Working directly with healthcare providers, office staff, specialty pharmacies, and patient support teams, you will help remove barriers throughout the access journey.
The position combines customer engagement, strategic problem-solving, payer expertise, and close collaboration with commercial and cross-functional teams.
You will identify reimbursement obstacles, develop tailored access solutions, and help ensure patients can receive therapy as efficiently as possible.
This is a highly visible, field-based position requiring significant travel and strong relationship-building skills.
The role offers the opportunity to directly influence patient access while supporting the successful launch and adoption of specialty therapies.
