Forward Deployed Engineer, Managed Services

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer, Managed Services based in India.

This is a remote, customer-facing role within a Managed Services team focused on helping strategic customers maximize the value of an advanced SaaS platform. You will build, configure, and optimize AI Agents that extend automation and support new customer use cases beyond initial implementation. The role combines technical consulting, AI and prompt engineering, solution design, customer enablement, and project management. You will own a portfolio of strategic accounts, acting as a trusted technical advisor while driving adoption, product consumption, renewals, and customer outcomes. You will collaborate closely with Customer Success and Account teams to identify expansion opportunities, manage risk, and resolve complex issues. The position offers the opportunity to work hands-on with evolving Generative AI and LLM technologies in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.
