Fraud Risk Management & Operations (FRMO) Analyst I

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Fraud Risk Management & Operations (FRMO) Analyst I based in the United States.

This role supports the first line of defense against fraudulent and unusual financial activity across accounts, cards, and payment services.
You’ll review alerts, investigate cases, analyze transaction patterns, and make informed decisions to detect and mitigate fraud risk.
The position combines investigative analysis, customer interaction, operational execution, and detailed case documentation.
You’ll work across multiple monitoring populations, products, systems, and fraud typologies while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards.
