Global Head of Analytical Editorial Operations

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Head of Analytical Editorial Operations based in Canada.

This senior leadership role will shape the global strategy and operating model for analytical and secondary content across a large international organization.
You will lead a 150-person global operation spanning multiple regions, with responsibility for delivery, quality, efficiency, and financial performance.
The role sits at the intersection of editorial expertise, technology, AI, product development, and customer value.
You will drive the responsible adoption of GenAI-enabled content workflows, automation, and agentic technologies at scale.
Working closely with Product, Technology, Data Science, Commercial, and Operations teams, you will connect content quality to measurable customer and business outcomes.
The position also offers significant scope to transform workflows, develop talent, establish governance, and shape future-ready operating practices.
