Head of Sales

This is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for shaping sales strategy, execution, and growth across a global organization.
You’ll lead a high-performing sales team while building the processes, accountability, and operating discipline needed for consistent results.
The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on involvement in major opportunities, pipeline management, forecasting, and new business development.
You’ll work closely with senior commercial leadership and cross-functional partners to align pricing, quotas, compensation, marketing, contracts, and growth initiatives.
A key focus will be expanding into new markets and verticals while strengthening relationships with strategic customers and industry stakeholders.
