This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Human Resources Technology Analyst based in the United States.

This role supports the design, development, and ongoing optimization of HR technology and reporting solutions across a broad range of HR functions.
You’ll work extensively with Workday to create meaningful reports, dashboards, integrations, and data solutions that support better decision-making.
The position combines HR technology expertise with data analysis, business process improvement, and strong attention to data security.
You’ll collaborate with HR professionals, senior leaders, and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into reliable technology solutions.
The role covers areas including payroll, benefits, time tracking, compensation, recruiting, performance, and talent development.
You’ll also help maintain data integrity, evaluate system releases, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities to improve platform functionality.
This is a full-time, fully remote opportunity for an analytical and proactive professional who enjoys working across multiple HR technologies in a fast-paced environment.
