You will help translate strategic priorities and regulatory requirements into actionable insights, scalable processes, and measurable operational improvements. The position combines advanced data analysis with team mentorship, quality oversight, and cross-functional collaboration. You will guide a team of analysts through complex work while identifying opportunities to automate workflows and improve efficiency. Working closely with compliance, product, client services, clinical, and other business teams, you will help ensure accurate and consistent delivery.
