Manager, Enterprise Account Management

As a Manager, Enterprise Account Management, you’ll lead a team of 7–10 Enterprise Account Managers responsible for complex, high-value client partnerships. You’ll combine people leadership, strategic account management, commercial ownership, and operational excellence to strengthen retention and drive sustainable growth. The role requires a hands-on leader who understands client health, renewal strategies, expansion opportunities, and executive-level relationship management. You’ll coach your team to deliver proactive engagement while ensuring consistent service standards across a large enterprise portfolio. Working closely with Product, Sales, Support, Finance, Operations, and other teams, you’ll turn client needs into actionable solutions and business opportunities. You’ll use data, account insights, and sound judgment to prioritize resources and identify risks before they impact client relationships.
