This role serves as a central driver of legal operations, strategic initiatives, and complex transactional projects within a fast-paced legal environment. You will coordinate high-impact matters such as M&A transactions, financings, due diligence processes, and contract management activities. The position combines project management, legal document organization, stakeholder coordination, and operational process improvement. You will work closely with attorneys and teams across Finance, HR, IT, Programming, and other business functions to keep critical initiatives moving efficiently. As a key resource for document and contract management, you will help ensure information is organized, accessible, accurate, and audit-ready.
